Our policy is that the patient's portion of their payment is
paid in full at the time service is rendered. We accept:
Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Trade Bank, and most
insurances. Generally we do not offer a payment plan;
however, we do accept Citi Health Card and Care Credit.
Both are a healthcare financing option that offer competitive rates. Here is a link to Citi Health Card's FAQ's and to Care Credit's FAQ's. Citi Health Card is based more on your medical situation than your financial situation. Care Credit's approval is based on information from your credit application and past credit history. This includes information from the primary applicant as well as any co-applicant.
